Embellishments: Tim Holtz “Mustard Seed” distress ink, American Crafts ribbon, sticker pearls, black polyurethane jewelry cord
The “Happy Birthday” pre-printed card was included in the “Gift Tags, All Occasion Kit” #244 quilling kit. The jewelry cord was used for the balloon strings; attached after running each piece through a Xyron sticker machine.
