Materials: Cuttlebug “Happy Birthday” embossing folder, Glimmer Mist, circles dies, fine line pen, black adhesive gems, 3D foam

Additional info: Spray the embossed cardstock with glimmer mist and allow to dry before adhering to card base. Free hand cut the “carrot” nose and “branch” arms and use the fine line pen to make the snowman’s smile. Snip the ends of the scarf to make fringe. Use 3D foam to adhere the snowman to the embossed panel.
