Stencil Sweet Spring on a white piece of card stock using Hydrangea and UltraViolet ink. Fussy cut only the bottom portion of the flowers leaving a white border at the top. (Use photos as your guide.) On the A2 card base stamp stripes using the Hydrangea ink color. Adhere the flowers over the stripes toward the top of the card base with foam tape. Stamp the sentiment in same ink color and die cut out of white card stock. Die cut an additional 3 banners to glue to the back of the sentiment and glue to the card base. Glue sequins to card front as desired.
