Cut a red piece of cardstock to 3″ x 5 1/4″. Dry emboss with the Swirls folder and adhere to the left side of the card front. Adhere a 1/4″ by 5 1/4″ strip of black glitter paper to the right side of the red panel. Adhere Francesco craft topper to bottom center of card as shown. Die cut three happy birthday sentiments and glue on top of each other. Adhere to card panel as shown and cover the letters with glitter pen. Adhere three enamel dots to the upper right hand side of card front.
