Emboss a 3 3/4″ white piece of cardstock with the Happy Birthday embossing folder and spray lightly with the glimmer mist. Let dry. Cut a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of yellow cardstock and ink edges with Fossilized Amber. Adhere embossed card to yellow card and adhere to card base. Adhere Disney craft topper to lower right hand corner with foam tape. Add three enamel dots to upper left hand corner of embossed card.
