Ink Blending and Die Cutting

Die Cut large image from a 4 1/4″ x 5 3/4″ white card. Die cut remaining fish, seaweed and coral from white card and “color” with ink and add glitter paste where desired. Set aside to dry. Ink blend Tropical Tango, Clear Skies and Remember Me directly onto card front. Sprinkle with water to give bubble effect. Glue seaweed and coral to the back of the die cut panel as shown/desired. Adhere die panel on top of card front with foam tape. Glue starfish to card and adhere fish with foam pads. Die cut the word Hi out three times and glue to each other. Glue to card as shown.
