Directly on card base ink edges about a 1/2″ toward center, with Blueprint Sketch, let dry. Take embossing ink and spread on the edges over the blue ink and sprinkle with silver embossing powder, heat. Cut a 3 3/4″ x 5″ white cardstock panel and emboss with the Swirls embossing folder. Spread Blueprint Sketch on craft mat and dilute with water. Using a paintbrush pick up the diluted ink and tap over the embossed panel, let dry and adhere to the center of the card base. Adhere the craft toppers as shown, using foam tape to adhere the center image. Stamp and die cut the sentiment. Edge the banner in Blueprint Sketch and adhere to center image with foam tape.
