Cut a 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel out of white cardstock and emboss with the Swirls embossing folder. Adhere to front of card base. Cut 9 strips of blue cardstock. Differing sizes of 1/8″, 1/4″ and 1/2″. Layer colors to preference. Stamp sentiment in black on one of the 1/2″ strips and sprinkle with embossing powder, heat. Glue strips onto embossed panel. Adhere Disney craft topper with foam tape. Adhere three enamel dots to the top-right side of card.
