Cut a glitter card to 4″ x 5 1/4″. Cut a snowflake paper to 3 3/4″ x 5″. Glue the snowflake paper on top of glitter card. Die cut 2 – 4 snowflakes out of the glitter card. Die cut a circle out of the glitter card. Die cut a slightly smaller circle out of snowflake paper and stamp with sentiment in black. Sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat. Glue embossed circle onto larger glitter card. Adhere snowflakes to snowflake panel as desired and glue circle in the center. Adhere panel to a A2 card base.
