Out of same paper die cut a rectangle and 1″ x 5 1/4″ strip. Die cut one more smaller rectangle out of the same paper and the same from white card to make the pocket and handkerchief. On the upper portion of the white card stamp the sentiment. Die cut the same rectangle sizes out of coordinating card stock. (In this case I used an ivory colored card.) Also cut a slightly larger strip of color card to back the shirt placket. Glue paper and card together as shown. Be sure to glue the placket down before adhering the collar. To achieve the collar, angle the rectangle as shown and cut off the extra at the top. Cut off a portion of the rectangle for the pocket and place the embossed handkerchief behind it. Place foam tape behind the handkerchief to give it dimension. Place foam tape under the tip of the collar. Die cut small circles for the buttons and add a small “x” for the thread. Adhere to the shirt placket and collar. Cover each button with Glossy Accents and let dry.
