Cut a 4 x 5 1/4 pink card and adhere to card front. Cut a 3 3/4 x 5 white card. Choose 6 colors of washi tape in differing thicknesses and apply to card as shown . Cut a white card approximately 2 x 2 and a slightly larger pink card for a mat, glue together. Die cut cat out of the center. Using foam tape, adhere the cat panel to the center of the washi tape at an angle. Stamp sentiment below washi tape and to the right. Adhere white panel to the card base.
