Cut a 4 x 5 1/4 red card and adhere to card base. Cut a 3 3/4 x 5 white card and score from the top 3/4 of the way down about every 1/2 inch across. Adhere to red card. Die cut a strip of red card with the edger die and glue to the white panel 3/4 down from the top as shown. Die cut three hearts from different card. Emboss one of the hearts with the embossing folder. Adhere hearts as shown, using foam tape to adhere the top heart. Stamp the sentiment in red ink, sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat. Attach the rhinestones with liquid glue. Use glitter pen on the edged strip and in the scored lines.
