Cut a 4 x 5 1/4 white card and place card on craft mat and place stencil on top at an angle, being sure to fasten the stencil to mat using removable tape. Add Deco Foil Transfer Gel Duo with a spatula. Carefully remove tape and stencil from card. Quickly place stencil and spatula into cool, soapy water. Set aside card with transfer gel for at least one hour to dry. When gel is completely dry, place a piece of blue Deco Foil on top of the gel (color side up). Place it between two pieces of parchment paper and run through your die cutting machine. Carefully remove the excess gold foil off the gel to reveal stenciled image. Adhere the panel to the card base using foam tape. Die cut a scallop and stamp sentiment on to it. Sprinkle clear embossing powder on it and heat. Ink edges with blue ink. Add foam tape to the back of sentiment and place on card front as shown. Die cut three small flowers and adhere to scallop around sentiment. Adhere a rhinestone in the center of each flower.
