Cut a 4 x 5 1/4 yellow card and adhere to card front. Cut a 3 3/4 x 5 white card. Choose 5 colors of washi tape in differing thicknesses and apply to card as shown. Adhere to card base. Die cut sentiment and mat out of white card. Color the word in ombre, darkest color to lightest color and adhere word to mat. Stamp and fussy cut bear and color as desired. Using foam tape, adhere the bear to the left and center of the washi tape. Using foam tape, adhere sentiment to lower and right on the washi tape. Adhere rhinestones as shown.
