Spread Glossy Accents over each Disney craft topper Car. Add Black Stickles to black stripes on each topper and let dry. Cut one white 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel and emboss with the Swiss Dots embossing folder. Cut one 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ gray panel and emboss with the Swiss Dots embossing folder. Glue each panel to a card base. Die cut a banner out of patterned paper for each card. Die cut two more banners out of black cardstock and offset to back the patterned paper as shown. Glue together and then adhere to the front of each respective card. Adhere Disney craft toppers to the card with foam tape. Add sequins with liquid glue.
