Stamp directly on to the card base the happy pills, chill pills and sentiments randomly and color as desired. Die cut a rectangle out of white card stock to fit the image and die cut the next size larger out of blue card stock. Stamp the image in the center, lower portion of the white rectangle. Stamp the sentiment in the upper left corner and sprinkle with embossing powder and heat. Color the image as shown or as desired. Layer the white card on top of the blue card and adhere with liquid glue. Adhere the panel on to the card base with foam tape.
