Cut a 3 3/4 x 5 green card and round the corners. Cut a 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 white card and round the corners. On the stamp pounce the Pear Tart color over the image. On top of the green, pounce the Rose Bud randomly over the image. Stamp onto the white card and sprinkle with embossing powder and heat. Using the same colors randomly color in areas with a blending tool or paint brush to give a watercolor effect. Adhere to the green panel. Cut a small green card to border the sentiment and round the corners. Glue sentiment on top and adhere to card front using foam tape. Randomly glue rhinestones to the image as shown.
