Cut a 4 x 5 1/4 black card and adhere it to the card front. Cut a slightly smaller panel of the specialty paper and adhere it to the black card. On a 2 inch white card, stencil the image with a thin layer of the Deco Foil Gel. Quickly clean off the spatula and stencil. Sprinkle the gel with the glitter, set aside to completely dry. Die cut the sentiment out of black card. When the gel is completely dry cut a strip off of each side (about an 1/8 to 1/4). Adhere all three pieces on to the card front as shown. Adhere the sentiment toward the bottom and right side of the card. Randomly adhere the gems with liquid glue.
