Cut a piece of watercolor card to 3 3/4 x 5, round the corners with a rounder punch. Cut a piece of black card to 4 x 5 1/4 and trim edges with a deckle edge trimmer. Adhere the black card to the card base. Add 4 or 5 strips of color at the top of the watercolor card with brushes as shown. Spray with water and let the color drip toward the bottom. Let dry or dry with a heat tool. Stamp the sentiment in black ink and sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat. Adhere rhinestones as desired. Glue watercolor card to black card.
