Cut a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 black card and adhere it to the front of the card base. Cut a 4 x 5 1/4 silver card and adhere it to the black card. Using the nesting ovals, die cut an approximately 5″ oval out of black card. Adhere it to the center of the silver card. On white card stock, using the Wildflowers stencil, lay down a thin layer of Transfer Gel Duo. Quickly clean off the stencil and spatula. Sprinkle the glitter over the gel and let dry completely. Die cut the glittered panel with a 4 1/2″ oval. (This will not hurt or flatten the stenciled image.) Glue on top of the black oval. Stamp the sentiment in clear embossing ink on black card and sprinkle with silver embossing powder, heat. Cut into a strip long enough to stretch across ovals and adhere with foam tape. Randomly adhere sequins to the front of the image.
