Cut a 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 black card. (If you are using a Deckle Edge Trimmer make the black card 1/8 larger on each side to accommodate the deckle.) Adhere to card base center. Cut a slightly larger white card. Stencil the Infinite Petals in both colors. Lay the Fringe stencil over top and using blending brushes alternate the two colors over the corresponding petals. Layer on top of the black card. Stamp a single rose in black ink on white card and sprinkle with clear embossing powder, heat. Fussy cut the rose and adhere to the stenciled panel with liquid glue. Die cut the sentiment shadow out of vellum and die cut the sentiment out of black three times. Layer the black card and glue together with liquid glue, adhere to vellum. Center the word just below center as shown. Randomly adhere the gold pearls with liquid glue.
