Out of blue card, die cut the 3 3/4 size of the postage stamp and adhere to the card front. Cut a 4 3/4 x 3 1/4 white card. Layer 4 different colors and sizes of washi tape toward the top of the white card. Die cut a flower out of white and blue card. Trim the white card slightly smaller than the blue card and adhere together. Adhere the flower with foam tape to the center of the washi tape. Stamp sentiment in the lower right corner and sprinkle with embossing powder and heat. Glue white panel to card front.
