Cut a 3 1/2 x 4 3/4″ white panel. Cover background stamp with red and blue ink randomly, stamp white panel. Cut slightly larger blue and red card and layer onto card base as shown. Adhere stamped panel to red panel. Cut a 3/4″ x 3 1/2″ strip of blue card and dry emboss it with the Swiss Dots folder. Die cut floral and leaf stems from glitter card stocks. Layer over strip as desired and adhere. Stamp sentiment onto a white card, sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat. Shadow the sentiment with a slightly larger red card and adhere over flowers and blue embossed strip with foam tape. Adhere rhinestones.
