Cut a slightly smaller than 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 white panel. Ink blend the three colors as desired, let dry completely. Stamp the bamboo image with white pigment ink, let dry. Dry emboss the panel with the Sizzix folder. Die cut the 3 1/2 Postage stamp out of white card. Apply foam tape to the back and adhere to the card. Apply the sentiment on the middle right side of the panel. Adhere the panel to the card front. Apply the rhinestones randomly as desired.
