Cut a yellow card to 3 1/2 x 4 1/4″ and deckle the top and bottom edges. Cut a 3 1/2 x 4″ white card. Choose three colors of washi tape and tear off a section of each and layer on the right side of the white card as shown. With StazOn black ink, stamp the floral image on top of the washi tape, sprinkle with embossing powder and heat. Stamp sentiments to the left of the washi tape in black ink, sprinkle with embossing powder and heat. Adhere white card on top of yellow card. Adhere to the card base with foam tape. Randomly glue the black pearls around the sentiments and image.
