Place small drops of acrylic paint onto the Gel Press. Using a brayer, blend the colors. Place a white piece of cardstock over the paint and press lightly with your hand. Remove the cardstock and let dry completely. Do this for as many color combinations desired. Cut a 4″ x 5 1/4″ white card and dry emboss with the Spots and Dots folder. Die cut the Hello sentiment 3 times and layer on top of each other with liquid glue. Stamp sentiment in black ink on to white card. Trim down and “fish tail” the ends with a pair of fine point scissors. Trim a slightly larger sentiment shadow out of paint card. When the paint cards are completely dry, die cut various size circles (enough to fit the left side of embossed panel). Adhere circles in a random pattern on the left side of the embossed card. Adhere the Hello and sentiment strip to the right as shown. Adhere the panel to the card base with foam tape.
