Cut a 4″ x 5 1/4″ gold card and adhere it to the card base with foam tape. Place small dots of various colors of acrylic paint on to a Gel Press. Using a brayer, blend the colors. Place a white card over the paint and press lightly with your hand. Remove the cardstock and let it dry completely. Die cut the sentiment out of black card and the shadow out of vellum. Adhere them together. When the paint is completely dry, trim the panel down to 3 3/4″ x 5″ and round the corners with a punch. Adhere the panel to the gold card. Adhere the sentiment and dots to the card as shown.
