The background was made with a Gel Press and Distress Oxides sprayed with water. Use any background you have in your stash or even a piece of patterned paper (4″ x 5 1/4″). Use a circle stencil or create your own for the circles that are stamped over the background. Usually white pigment ink is used for the Bokeh effect, however, I chose rosy cheeks as the pale pink stood out better over the somewhat light background. Stamp a piece of vellum in embossing ink and sprinkle with white embossing powder, heat. Fussy cut the image. Die cut a rectangle out of holographic paper and adhere to front of background. Stamp sentiment with the Paradise ink pad. Affix the flower to the front of the card with foam tape. Adhere the background to the front of card base.
