Background was made with acrylic paint, gel press and brayer. Once dry, the corners were rounded and the panel was adhered to the card base. Die cut the Happy Birthday background out of the Water color wash sheet and stick it down on top of the paint panel. Using a white gel pen, make small dots and slashes randomly on the words. Adhere the chipboard with foam tape and glue gold pearls randomly.
