Attach a 3 3/4″ x 5″ black card to the card base. On a slightly smaller white watercolor card, swipe three different colors in stripes. Add water over top with a paintbrush until colors smooth out and you achieve your desired effect. Let dry completely. Splatter with black distress ink and clear shimmer spray. Let dry. Stamp the poppies over top of the watercolor card, sprinkle with embossing powder and heat. Add clear droplets and attach sentiment with foam tape. Adhere panel to black card on card base.
