Cut a 3 3/4″ x 5″ green card and adhere to the card base. Cut a 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″ black card and dry emboss. Spray lightly with silver spray and let dry. Stamp the sentiment onto vellum and sprinkle with embossing powder, heat, cool and die cut. Adhere the sentiment to the front of the card and adhere sequins randomly.
