Choose six patterned papers and die cut with the Stripes die. Adhere to a white panel and die cut with the Dotted Ovals die. Choose a coordinating paper and die cut it with a slightly larger Dotted oval, adhere together. Dry emboss a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ card with the snowflake folder. Glue directly to the card base. Glue the ovals in the center as shown. Die cut Hugs from gold card and a couple of times from white card. Adhere together for dimension. Cut the shadow out of vellum. Adhere the word on top of the vellum, glue to the center of the oval and add gems.
