Cut out the picture from the paper kit and deckle all four edges. Ink blend edges with stormy sky. Using foam tape, adhere it to the card base. Die cut the scottie dog and adhere to the sled. Red Stickle its collar. Cut out sentiment and adhere to the top with foam tape. Use glitter pen on the white snow. Glue four red gems to the front of the jacket. Use Glossy Accents on top of the hat, scarf, gloves and boots.
