Cut a 4 x 5 1/4 red card and adhere it to card base. Cut a 3 3/4 x 5 black card and adhere it to red card. Cut 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 white card. Stamp large flourish in black ink, sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat. Die cut 2 small hearts and one large heart out of the red glitter card. Adhere to flourish as shown. Stamp the sentiment above and to the left of the flourish, sprinkle with embossing powder and heat. Adhere white panel to black card.
