Die cut a 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″ Dotted Rectangle. Emboss a 3 1/4″ x 4 1/2″ white card with the Mosaic folder. Apply embossing ink over the raised part of the image. Sprinkle each color of glaze and silver embossing powder in various spots as desired. Heat until melted. Adhere to the top of the dotted rectangle panel and then to the card base with foam tape. Stamp the sentiment in black ink and trim. Cut a slightly larger piece of vellum to shadow the sentiment. Attach to the card front.
