Stenciling & Using Watercolor Pencils

  • blending tools
  • black, white, maroon cardstock
  • A2 card base
Layer a 3 3/4″ x 5″ maroon card onto a black 4″ x 5 1/4″ black card. Adhere to the card front. On a 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″ white card stencil the tire treads with the distress oxide ink pads. Adhere to maroon card. Stamp the car on white card and color with the Distress Watercolor Pencils as desired. Fussy cut the image and adhere to the stenciled panel with foam tape. Stamp and die cut the sentiment, adhere above the car, affix sequins as desired.
