Cut a 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″ white card and dry emboss it with an embossing folder. Cover raised edges with embossing ink and sprinkle with all colors of Embossing Glaze and gold embossing powder, heat. Round all four corners. Adhere it to a 3 3/4″ x 5″ gold glitter card. Attach the panel to the card base. Die cut the sentiment out of gold glitter card and adhere to the card front. Randomly glue pearls to the panel.
