A2 card base
Cut a 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 craft card. Stamp leaves image in white pigment ink around the outside of the card as shown, leaving the center free for the sentiment. Stamp over the pigment ink in Cheerful moving the stamp slightly up and to the right. Stamp the sentiment in Tulip Red, sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat. Adhere the panel to the card base with foam tape.
