Die cut two postage stamp shapes, one in blue; adhere to card front, and one in white. Layer the scallop stencil over the top of the white card and ink blend the three colors. Stamp the foliage in black onto the dried ink blending, sprinkle with water, blot, adhere to the card front. Add foam tape to the back of the sentiment and affix to the card front.
