Ink Blending over Stencil

- vellum
- clear embossing powder
- heat tool
- blending brushes
- adhesive
- sequins
- A2 card base
Die cut larger rectangle out of colored card stock and adhere to card base. Die cut next smaller rectangle out of white card stock. Using blending tools, add color as desired, spritz with water and let dry. Adhere panel to card base. Die cut smaller rectangle out of vellum and stamp with ink, sprinkle clear embossing powder and heat. Adhere to card base. Randomly add sequins.
