Die cut the Window panel out of blue. Choose two coordinating patterned papers to line the back of the openings. Adhere to card base. Stamp gulls and log and color as desired. Stamp the sentiments in black ink and fussy cut. Adhere each gull in a window using foam tape and adhere a sentiment next to each circle as shown. Adhere the log with a gull on top using foam tape, the other gull above. Attach the sentiment and sequins as shown.
