- white gel pen
- adhesive
- foam tape
- A2 card base
Cut 4 x 5 1/4 black card and adhere it to the card base. Die cut a slightly larger white card. Randomly stencil the balloons and strings onto the card. Cut a smaller black card and die cut a white card, adhere together and affix to center of balloons card with foam tape. Adhere panel to card base. Stick candle stickers to front as shown. Stamp sentiment and die cut, adhere to front of card with foam tape. Use gel pen to add highlight to the balloons.
