  • foam tape
  • A2 card base

Cut a 3 3/4 x 5 black card and adhere to card base.  Cut a slightly larger white panel.  Lightly drag black ink over panel (NOT covering in a solid manner).  Swipe blue ink over embossing folder add the blackened panel to folder and emboss.  Adhere embossed panel to the card base.  Stamp and die cut cat, adhere to card front with foam tape.  Adhere sentiment to card with foam tape.  Add sequins.
