- A2 card base
Cut a 4″ x 5 1/4″ black card and adhere to card base. Dry emboss a slightly smaller white card. Using a blending tool, lightly blend over the top of the embossed areas as desired. Using an acetate bag or an acetate sheet, cover the front of the embossed card securing in the back with adhesive. Leave one side open to drop in sequins. Adhere closed and adhere to black card. Cover the sentiment stamp in the different colors of ink used to blend over leaves, stamp on white card and die cut. Adhere to front of panel.
