Die cut blossom out of white card. Stamp sentiment on white card and die cut. Cut a 4 x 5 1/4 black card and adhere to card base. Cut a 3 3/4 x 5 teal card and adhere to card. Cut a 2 1/4 x 4 3/4 patterned paper and adhere to the left side of the card as shown. Cut a 1 3/4 x 1 x 3/4 teal card and layer as shown. Adhere the main sentiment in the center with foam tape, add flower and rhinestones. Stamp celebrate sentiment on scrap teal card, fish tail one end and adhere.
