  • Sizzix Mosaic 3D embossing folder
  • Simon Says Stamp XL Birthday Greetings stamp/die set
  • adhesive
  • silver and black card
  • black ink pad
  • sequins
  • A2 card base

Adhere a black 4 ” x 5 1/4″ card to card base.  Dry emboss a slightly smaller silver card and adhere to black card.  Stamp and die cut sentiment.  Die cut two more sentiment shadows and layer.  Adhere to card front.  Add sequins.
