Cut a piece of patterned paper to 4 14″ x 5 1/2″, adhere to card front. Cut a second piece of patterned paper to 3 3/4″ x 5 1/4″. Using embossing ink, stamp randomly with a few different sized snowflakes. Sprinkle with silver embossing powder and heat. Cut a wavy line in white card, and trim to 3 3/4″ x 2″. Lightly blend with blue ink around the edges. Using blue ink, lightly stamp small snowflakes over snow leaving room for the sentiment. Stamp sentiment in black, sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat. Adhere to card front with foam tape. Color a penguin with alcohol markers. Use white gel pen to highlight coat and hat and use Crystal Stickles on “fur” of hat and collar, let dry. Fussy cut and adhere to card. Place foam tape behind top of penguin to even it out. Color and fussy cut holly, place Glossy Accents on top. Let dry. Adhere to card.
