Cut a 4″ x 5 1/4″ teal card and adhere it to the card base.  Cut a 3 3/4″ x 5″ white card and stamp “feathers” in a circle, alternating between Peacock Feathers and Seedless Preserves, leaving the center white.  Emboss the panel with the Swiss Dots folder and adhere to the card base.  Die cut heart out of teal card and stamp the sentiment in Seedless Preserves.  Using the white gel pen add highlights around the heart.  Adhere to the card using foam tape.  Die cut bird and color with alcohol markers as desired.  Adhere to card front with foam tape.
