Stencil the bouquet with chosen colors onto a white card. Trim to 3 3/4″ x 5″. Die cut center with fancy frame. Die cut the next larger fancy frame out of black card. Stamp sentiment on stenciled frame in black ink, sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat. Layer onto black frame. Cut a slightly larger black card to shadow the stenciled card. Adhere together as shown. Adhere to card front. Add foam tape to the back of the fancy frame and adhere to center of the card matching the image as shown. Adhere gems randomly.
