Die cut two butterflies out of white card. Die cut crosshatch out of vellum. Foil panel with Shattered Blue CheerFoil. Cut panel down to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and adhere to card base. Adhere vellum die cut to back of butterflies and adhere to card base. Add gems as desired.
